We are committed to global expansion and are currently seeking experienced Sales Managers in Cyprus to join our dynamic team and promote our comprehensive All-in-One solution for Forex Brokers and Prop Trading Firms. This solution includes two unique trading platforms: Wintrado NEO and Wintrado PRO, and a Innovative PropTrading Software. For one of our clients we search Head of Dealing.

Role Summary:

As Head of Dealing, you will be the first member of our dealing function, responsible for setting up all processes, systems, and controls from scratch. You will manage pricing, exposures, and execution quality, while building the roadmap for future junior hires as the company scales. This role is ideal for an experienced dealer ready to take full ownership and shape the dealing desk within a growing fintech.

Location: Onsite, Cyprus

Workplace Type: Full Time, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and manage the company’s dealing operations (MT4/MT5 & bridge systems).

· Monitor exposures, execute hedging, and ensure adherence to risk policies.

· Oversee pricing, execution quality, and investigate irregular trades.

· Define and implement EOD/SOD checks, reporting, and escalation paths.

· Partner with management on strategy, reporting, and compliance alignment.

· Recruit and train junior dealers once the function expands

Key Qualifications:

· 2+ years dealing experience in FX/CFD or related markets.

· Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms and bridge technology

· Proven ability to manage exposures and hedging strategies.

· Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

· Excellent communication skills in English.

· Leadership mindset, with readiness to build and mentor a team.
