Your Responsibilities as Sales Manager
- You are responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Cyprus.
- You development business with FX/CFD brokers with the aim to attract as many as possible.
- You establish new Key Accounts and manage your own customers.
- You build up a new sales team with 2-3 Sales Executives.
- You are in charge of the branch in Cyprus and its operation.
- You report to the Global Sales Director of Wintrado.
Professional Requirements
- Higher education or relevant financial/business knowledge are required.
- Previous experiences of senior position in an international environment with leadership and sales/marketing responsibilities.
- Proven track record of B2B sales and large network in the financial sector in Cyprus.
- Several years of experience in finance/brokerage and/or software.
- Commercial skills to generate profit and revenue expectations and to carry out cost accounting.
Personal requirements
- You have commitment and charisma, persuasive power, high communication skills and always think entrepreneurially.
- You are result-oriented with a focus on details.
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and are multilingual (fluent English is a must, other languages beneficial).
- You have a strong customer and service orientation.
- You are socially competent and have a participative leadership style.
- You have a confident presence and an affinity for innovation, technology and aesthetics.
