Junior HR Officer

We are on a mission to expand our global reach, and we are currently seeking a Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:

As a Junior HR Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews;
Supporting employees onboarding and orientation programs;
Assisting in maintaining accurate HR records and databases;
Participating in training and development initiatives;
Contributing to employees engagement activities;
Assisting in HR policy and procedure updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced workplace.
Experience in the Forex Industry and/or in an HR position will be considered an advantage.
